The only other form of payment we accept is by business or personal check. ALL CHECKS MUST BE MADE OUT: SANDY CLARK. Please call for mailing address. We do NOT accept checks made out to Saint Galore Catholic Publishing.

All online orders are processed through PayPal, whether it’s through a PayPal account, a bank account, or a credit card.

TELEPHONE ORDERS
All telephone orders can only be paid by U.S. money order or check. We do NOT take credit cards over the phone, only through the website. Currently, we only offer PayPal for all online orders. Please Note: All money orders or checks must be made out to — SANDY CLARK — and received within five (5) business days or the merchandise will no longer be on hold. Also, NO ORDERS will ship prior to payment. If you have already placed an order and want to add to it, it must ALL be paid before it is shipped.

SHIPPING RATES

We only ship USPS Priority Mail, no exceptions. The domestic shipping rates within the USA are accurate and up-to-date on our website. As the United States Postal Service (USPS) continues to raise their rates, we’ve tried to keep a balance by putting a lot of our products on super sale.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please call us to ship internationally, all orders must be paid in U.S. Dollars. Regular shipping rates apply plus an extra charge depending on location and quantity ordered. Locations outside North America add $40 to the shipping charge.

CATALOG
We no longer print catalogs. The Saints Galore website provides instant updates, current inventory, and sale prices. When ordering, please do NOT use previous catalogs.

SAMPLES

We no longer provide samples of any of our products.

EXCHANGES | NO RETURNS | NO REFUNDS
Should an exchange be necessary due to a defect or damage during shipment please contact us by telephone to get a return authorization number.  All exchanges must be authorized by Saints Galore Catholic Publishing prior to being returned and must be made within 7 days of date of delivery, minus the shipping charges and PayPal fees. Our items are All Sales Are Final. Read the detailed description of items carefully.

REFUND POLICY (Very Limited Situations Only - “NO REFUNDS” IS OUR POLICY - see above)
There is a $25.00 refund fee for a refund due to a “change-of-mind” order. Refunds ONLY apply to NET amount of order. Shipping charges are NOT refunded. All items must be returned by customer.

GENERAL ORDERS
If an order has already been placed (and NOT yet shipped) and you would like to add to it, please call us at (817) 741-1959.

RUSH ORDERS
Please contact us directly by telephone for rush orders: (817) 741-1959. Additional shipping charges will apply.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
Please contact us directly by telephone to place wholesale orders. Do not go through the website. You will NOT get wholesale rates or a refund.

LATE FEES

It clearly states on every invoice our late fee policy —

“*Thirty-one days from date of invoice, all outstanding invoices will incur a late fee of 10% added each month to the total due. Please pay your invoice on time!”

Please remember the 7th Commandment — “Thou Shalt Not Steal” Have I:  Stolen money?  How much?  Stolen other goods?  From whom (poor, rich, Church, parents, businesses)?  Have I returned the stolen goods or their value?  Knowingly bought or accepted stolen goods?

If you do not ever pay your invoice for goods received - you have stolen. If you do not pay the appropriate late fees - you have stolen.

ORDER ERROR
We appreciate your business. Should we inadvertently make a mistake in your order, please let us know by calling (817) 741-1959, so that we can promptly correct it.

PLEASE NOTE
Due to the "vintage" origin of our products, you may find that some of our items have retained their original reproduction resolution.  We hope you will enjoy this "vintage" look as much as we do.
